Effective traffic management in times of digitalization

Increasing the effectiveness of traffic management is one of the most promising measures taken by cities and regions to achieve environmental objectives. It is often argued that this is not possible without massive investment in transport technology. But are there complementary approaches or even alternatives? How can actors with different interests be networked in order to arrive at common strategies? Which information is needed for which decisions? The initiators shed light on the topic from their respective perspectives and report on their experiences. Are these findings transferable or is each situation so specific that everyone has to make their own experiences? We want to discuss these and many other questions in a competent group of interested experts and develop solutions together.
