INTERREG project PROLINE-CE officially finalized

Our competence in transnational cooperation projects

Between 2015 and 2020, we supported the Austrian Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Regions and Tourism in its function as lead partner of the INTERREG CENTRAL EUROPE project PROLINE-CE, in which project partners from seven countries devoted themselves to the issue “land use versus drinking water management”. PRISMA project management team has successfully made use of many years of experience in the area of territorial cooperation to apply for, implement and finalize this project funded by the European Regional Development Fund ERDF).

The application phase was successfully accomplished by coordinating thematic and administrative tasks. During implementation phase, the project and financial management tasks included transnational processing of all reporting and communication issues as well as the individual support of the partners in all questions that arose. Seven transnational project meetings, two conferences and several workshops were organized by two experienced project managers from PRISMA team. Last but not least, the team supported the lead partner in the final project phase, when relevant documents and deliverables had to be completed, in close cooperation with the program coordinators.

The project was officially concluded in June 2019 with the formal signing of a charter to underline the relevance of the topic and the willingness to continue cooperation in the future.
