The community for open mobility data continues to grow

On September 23, 2026, the Mobilithek User Group (MUG) held its latest meeting—this time at the Fraunhofer Institute for Transportation and Infrastructure Systems IVI in Dresden.

Under the long-standing patronage of PRISMA solutions and moderated by Florian Hilti, Managing Director of PRISMA Germany, representatives from municipalities, federal states, academia, and the private sector discussed current developments regarding Germany’s National Access Point (NAP) for mobility data.

The group’s continued growth demonstrates that the demand for standardized data exchange remains high. We were pleased to welcome three new members to our ranks, further strengthening the MUG’s role as a central platform for exchange.
